Designed by Kengo Kuma, the Capitol Hotel Tokyu has 3 restaurants, a 14th-floor indoor pool, and direct access to 4 subway lines. The rooms are extraordinarily spacious for Tokyo, and have beautiful city views. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building.

I was a bit concerned about its location which turned out to be indeed not very centered if you are looking to be closer to the hectic parts of Tokyo. It is closer to the business district of the city with governmental offices around. However, it is close to an area with a few streets full of restaurants and the 4 subway lines that are connected to the hotel are SUPER convenient.
Bottom line, you can easily get anywhere around. The hotel is modern (still with a local touch), breakfast is wonderful, service is great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a high-level 5 starts hotel in Tokyo.
